Trending now in our wine cellar!

During the Christmas time many new drinks occupy our drink lists. In Friggas Wine Cellar we recommend with meat courses dark German beer, made always using these three elements: water, barley and hops, no artificial additives.
From our wine list we take this time Señorio de Chical from Valdepeñas, vintage 2004 and Tempranillo
(p 1990257). To surprise your friends, open a bottle of Palacio de Monsalud from Extremadura, vintage 1998,vintage 1998 (N:377374),Tempranillo and Garnacha.
With salmon and other fish dishes we can open a white wine L'Antigon, semi sweet from Villar de Arzobispo,
Macabeo and Merseguera (table wine, with price and quality ratio good)
With strong cheeses and dessert we offer Lignell&Piispanen Artic Bramble Liqueur. This one and same company's Arctic Cloudberry Liqueur is in our Aroma Aurora Borealis trend list.
To open the festivities try Spanish sparkling wine (Cava) Freixenet Carta Negra.
