LAPP "RIESKA" AND GERMAN"SPECULATIUS"

The Lapp thin bread "Rieska" is a typical ethnic bread type. It has only 3 ingredients: barley flour,water and salt. No preservatives,additives or colorants. To make an immemorial  Aroma Aurora Borealis snack, you need "Gravad Lax" slices, churned butter, fresh dill and "Rieska". Serve the filled  bread with Belgium Gauloise Brune  dark beer.

The German Spekulatius chocolate biscuit has been chosen by Chef Thor to represent sweet snacks with no additives. It contains: wheat flour,dark sugar,vegetable fat,cane sugar,cacao,sugar,soy flour,invert sugar,sodium bicarbonate,cacao butter, cinnamon,nutmeg and salt. It is delicious with Spanish Fino CB.
