THE NORDIC BERRIES AND FOREST YIELDS, NEW TOOLS TO VALUE WINES

To explain the aroma, "bouquet",flavour, scent and taste in  the wines which we taste and give more information for the consumer ,are touchable, concrete and existing things.Again I will explain that these arguments which we use to value, is for Nordic ecologically orientated  people, but everybody can use it in his own environment.
The fruit tastes which we use in valuing the wines ,means  that the "sommelier" must have a  knowledge in Nordic berries and forest plants. When you have it , there is a World which the Vikings was looking after in Vinland.
These are  for the RUNE INDEX calibrated nature products:
I .Wild Berries from the Nordic forests:
Arctic bramble (Rubus arcticus), Blackberry (Rubus fructicosus),Blueberry (Vaccinium myrtillus),Bog whortleberry (Vaccinium uliginosum), Buckthorn (Hippophae rhamnoides), Cloudberry (Rubus chamaemorum),
Cranberry (Oxycoccus cuadripetalus),Lingonberry (Vaccinium vitis-idaea),Rasberry ( Rubus idaeus), Rowanberry (Sorbus aucuparia),Stone bramble ( Rubus saxatilis),Strawberry, forest (Fragaria vesca),
II .Wild Mushrooms from the Nordic forests:

III.Other edible things from the nature:

There is one new area in our INDEX, and that is mushrooms and specially MATSUTAKE.

We will study all the time things what happens in the"WINE WORLD"and if there is something that doesn't fit in our ENOLOGICAL INDEX RUNE we take it in consideration.
