THE REAL BREAD CATEGORIES

Bread is one important part of gastronomy, and it's history is almost as long as the Homo sapiens'.Friggas Wine Cellar has decided to list the different types of  breads of the world.We will use 4 categories: I/ Soft breads. II/ Flat breads and wrappers. III/ Hard breads. IV/Crackers and rusks.
In the Real Bread Category is accepted products only with natural ingredients.
All breads are automatically excluded if they contain chemical additives, preservatives,colorants etc. FLOUR
WATER AND SALT are the basics to make bread and to raise the bread YEAST or BAKING POWDER.Baking powders are accepted only if there is a historical a traditional reason.
The first 3 qualified products are: Soft bread category/ Finnish Malax Limpan,( Maalahden limppu) from Maalahti Finland.
Flat bread category/ Pan Lavash(Lavash in Georgia) from Marbella, Spain and Hard bread category Mjälloms
tunnbröd from,Ullånger, Sweden.
