I will add also liquorice in the real bread category.It's ingredients fits perfectly with my no additives and no preservatives Aroma Aurora Borealis trend.My way to enjoy it with a small cup of  sweet Bourbon Whiskey straight and few bits LIDL'S Sweet Corner Classic liquorice apart , with few words: heavenly!

THE REAL BREAD CATEGORIES

Bread is one important part of gastronomy, and it's history is almost as long as the Homo sapiens'.Friggas Wine Cellar has decided to list the different types of  breads of the world.We will use 4 categories: I/ Soft breads. II/ Flat breads and wrappers. III/ Hard breads. IV/Crackers and rusks.
In the Real Bread Category is accepted products only with natural ingredients.
All breads are automatically excluded if they contain chemical additives, preservatives,colorants etc. FLOUR
WATER AND SALT are the basics to make bread and to raise the bread YEAST or BAKING POWDER.Baking powders are accepted only if there is a historical a traditional reason.
The first 3 qualified products are: Soft bread category/ Finnish Malax Limpan,( Maalahden limppu) from Maalahti Finland.
Flat bread category/ Pan Lavash(Lavash in Georgia) from Marbella, Spain and Hard bread category Mjälloms

PLÖRÖ

Plörö is an ancient coffee drink from the Southern Finland . It was mixed with Koskenkorva Vodka or Jaloviina (Jallu). If it was served in wintertime the coffee was hot like in Irish Coffee. It can be the oldest coffee based alcohol drink mixed by the table.Finland is still leading the international statistics in coffee consumption per person, per year. The most popular coffee type has always been arabica from Central America and Colombia, prepared with fresh boiled water in a pot called kahvipannu.
Ingredients to fix a PLÖRÖ:
-stewed and cooled arabica coffee half cup
-brown sugar q.s
-Finnish Jaloviina brandy q.s.

Apothecary's vintage red wine will represent standard taste and high quality in the oenology world. Our wine brings the old Medieval pharmacy atmosphere to the consumer. BARBIE

I try to promote with this cocktail or long drink Spanish pomegranate fruit (Punica granatum) which grows here in  Southern Valencia and Elche.On Sunday in Gandia MTV starts a new reality show called GANDIA SHORE, and my cocktail is a perfect advert for the Valencian tourism.
To prepare the drink you need following equipment : Philips electrical lemon juice squeezer,a sharp knife and a strainer.
INGREDIENTS:
Sweet white pulp  pomegranates, semi sweet red pulp pomegranates, Larios Gin , Angostura Bitter.
Cleave one sweet and one  semi sweet pomegranate. Squeeze the sweet  and half of the semi sweet pomegranate and pour the juice through a strainer  in a long drink glass. Add two drops of Angostura bitter and serve with ice cubes. The drink has a white  pink color and it is sweet with a  faint bitter flavor.

CATALONIA LIBRE, CATALUNYA LLIURE

This is my cocktail receipt to remember the pluralism which exists in SPAIN.
Ingredients:
1 part Spanish Carlos III Brandy, 1 part Spanish 43 liqueur (cuarenta y tres), 2 parts pineapple juice. For decoration grenadine juice and sugar.Wet the edges of the glass with grenadine juice and dip in the sugar.
Mix the ingredients in a mixer with ice and pour in a wide glass. Serve cool, and when finished, yell : no mas!
It means no more.The drink has all color elements which are  in the Catalonia's flag.

RIOJA RED WINE AND SECRET AGENT'S VORSMACK

I have selected Rioja Area's  Antaño to accompany my VORSMACK dinner 1. of March to open officially spring time in Finca Sofia. It is Vintage 2005 (Reserva VW NR. 681249 ) It is a mixture of four types of grapes : Tempranillo,Garnacha,Graciano and Mazuelo. The Aroma Aurora Borealis Team will taste it during the season festival.
